Bearded Maddeck.

Here are some recent pictures of the boys during bath time. Cuties!!! They are really beginning to love playing together. Maddeck always says "come on Ev" and Evan drops whatever it is that he is doing and chases after Maddeck. Evan is very active and needs to be buckled down if he is sitting in a high chair or he will literally jump out. He has already dove out of his crib and is constantly being pulled down off the table and chairs. He climbs anything and everything. I hurt my back last week lifting Evan. I think my back is having trouble because I am hugely pregnant but also because I am almost constantly lifting and pulling Evan off furniture and he is heavy! I am already counting down the days until our new baby boy arrives. 62 more days until my due date!!

It's a Boy!

We are expecting our third boy in four years!!! God is good. I love the excitement and was so anxious to find out what we were having. When Kyle opened the envelope and told me it was a boy my eyes filled with tears of joy. I was pretty surprised by my response. It confirmed my excitement for a boy and confirmed that my fear of being disappointed (if it wasn't a girl) was silly. I wasn't sure how I would react and I just feel so incredibly blessed to be having another baby boy and most of all that God is in control of life and the plan for our family. Time to crack open the baby name book ... naming our son will prove to be just as difficult as it was when we named Maddeck and Evan. I think my Mom took some videos from the big event on Thanksgiving so if I can upload them I will be sure to post them.

Moving

The babe is moving more all the time. Kyle felt the baby kick last night. Ahhhh sweet. We are looking forward to our upcoming ultrasound. Is it a boy or a girl? I am leaning towards boy, for no reason except that I know boys and would be excited, but we may be surprised. We opted to wait an additional week for our ultrasound so we could have a better 3D ultrasound. My friend Lisa is doing the ultrasound and she is going to keep the gender a secret and we will all find out on Thanksgiving. We are so excited.

Kick

I felt the baby move last night! Woo Hoo! It is always a relief when you feel the first movement. We are looking forward to our ultrasound in November. We will schedule it at the beginning of the month. Our ultrasound will be at the hospital, upon our request, with a dear friend who is a ultrasound tech. We are praying that everything is perfect with our new little baby.
